Motivation SUCKS (do this instead)

After being in business for 8 yrs and $2M in revenue, I can confidently say:

Motivation SUCKS but there’s a better, long lasting method

Hours upon hours of books, courses, podcasts on the subject. Yet they didn't necessarily give me a foundation to stand on as I pushed through my journey.

I came across a better way involving how we see ourselves when we needed it the most.

One of the classic hero stories is that of Bruce Wayne aka Batman.

We know Wayne tragically lost his parents at a young age. That experience inspired his change from being a rich heir to someone else worth living.

Is it possible for motivation to be linked to our identity?
