Working with Multi 8-Figure Businesses Changed Me...

It’s been 9 months of working with a multi 8-figure/yr (on track to do 100m/yr) conglomerate client and here’s what it’s taught me.

I sent an email almost 3 months ago, June 9th to be exact, sharing life updates and if anyone would want me to build a community around sharing what I know.

That stuff is in the works… but I want to share with you how working with this company changed my life forever.

I’ve learned that what we see on social media (the cars, houses, tropical sunsets, clubs, etc.) are all there to motivate you like a drug… but keep mental handcuffs on you.

If you look at my instagram, I’ve lived the life.

Had the nice cars, stayed at the best spots in Miami, Mexico, LA, traveled all over, etc. and while it WAS fun…

It kept me in mental handcuffs. I wasn’t fulfilled anymore.

Not because “money doesn’t buy happiness” bullshit…

But because I kept trying to chase fulfillment from something that sucked the life out of me. It didn’t actually bring me joy.

Traveling and all was fun… but at some point the music WILL stop and you need to get back to work.

And social media does a GREAT job of tricking us to THINK that we can some how manifest it or attract this wealth into our lives by scrolling through reels and such… without doing the work.

But I’ve come to notice that if you don’t really work your BUTT off for what you want… you will never get there.

And after working with such high demanding 7 and 8-figure clients, I realized that the work I was putting in… was 10 times LESS than what was needed to be GREAT.

GREATER than everyone else I’m competing against.

GREATER than my past self.

So, this past year, I significantly reduced my travel and spending so that I can actually just focus.

Yeah I still travel here and there, but it isn’t like what it was.

I took my business seriously.

I took my health seriously (I’m in the BEST shape of my life right now thank God)

I took my family more seriously

and I took my focus more seriously.

Because I’ve realized that to build a serious business like the clients I’m working with…

You have to treat it like a real business. Not a ‘lifestyle business’.

And it’s why I’m able to work with 6, 7, and 8-figure businesses, write copy that converts at a HIGH level, run ads and profit from them…

And actually compete at a higher level than most people in the industry.

Half of the time I wish I could go back to my younger self and tell myself that…

But I needed to go through it to realize it and grow from it.

My lesson for you tonight is that whatever work you think you need to put in to succeed… will take 10x more to actually be great.

I got a LONG ways to go… but I’m making better progress.
